Broken sectional - Devon 5 piece sectional
Hello,
We bought a Devon Sectional 5 piece at the Brick in Gatineau. They told us that it was under warranty. We called the store since the padding on the arm rest and at the bottom of the back rest no longer exist and there is some cigarette burns which we were told were all under warranty, they send a technician to evaluate the sectional. The Technician tells us that some parts of the sectional were not placed at the right place and that the sectional needs to be change. 4 weeks later, the store leaves a message saying that I need to call them to know what my options are. So I call, here are the options, a technician will come to fill the arm rest of padding. So I asked, what about the wooden bars that are not in the correct place that we constantly feel at the bottom of our back, what about the burns? The lady says that the warranty only covers 1 burn and that the bar at the bottom is in the correct place. We have no kids, work all day, basically there a couple of hours at night. So basically, we paid the big bucks for a sectional that is broken after 1 year. I'm never buying there again.
